We published the Standard Contract for Outbound Cross-border Transfer of Personal Information and a Data Processing Agreement and National Joint Controllership Agreement as Terms and Conditions. All international data recipient shall agree to the applicability of the Standard Contract for Outbound Cross-border Transfer of Personal Information. All data processors from the People’s Republic of China shall agree to the Data Processing Agreement and National Joint Controllership Agreement.
